I can't belive people are still making stuff like that. I remember a few years ago there was that Tornado thing you stuck in the intake tubing now we have this.

Because some unsuspecting fool with buy it. Nothing wrong with that. The fool will swear that it gives him 7 more MPG and 25 more HP because he's too ashamed of making such a dumb mistake that he's not about to admit he was a fool.
And you can bet that if this thing gets marketed like the Turbonator, there will be a bunch of people on this site who will be posting questions about, "What do you people think of this?".
