I would grab a optional steering wheel whenever i have a chance. However unlike the Aspec with silver patch, the diameter of the wheel are the same as normal wheel. It doesn't offer you any additional grip surface over after market CF wheel.

Do it man, I like the thicker steering wheel. This is one of the reason I am not too heavily into the 07-08 Faux CF one.
