Has anyone ordered from here recently? I ordered my lip kit last Tuesday and it's still processing. I have the money in the bank, but it hasn't been taken out or anything. This happened to anyone else?

 

I ordered my a-spec lip kit from acuraoemparts.com about 2 weeks ago (idk if you're referring to the same place). It took about 2 weeks from the time I placed the order to receive the kit and they didn't charge me until they shipped the kit

 

Have you called Tim and asked him about it?

 

Having the same problem with my suspension I ordered a week ago. Still not shipped and was told it would be shipped the next day and would take 4 to 5 days to get here.... I had a dock rented for this weekend to do the install and now I have to try and reschedule.

And yes, I have been working with Tim. Tim has been a great communicator and very prompt on his responses, but it does not remedy the fact they still haven't shipped my product I paid $$ for and now causing me to switch several things around in my life...

 

Everything is resolved. i called them today and they said the last piece of the lip kit just shipped in and they're shipping it out to me today! hopefully it comes in early sometime next week.

 

thats what happens- they are trying to gather all the bits you need and drop ship it together

Would you rather get a box and think you are ready,, only to find you are missing the first piece to go in!

If we each were the only customer they serve, more update calls might be made,
or those places are so used to minor delays and shipping from japan or across the country-- trading with other warehouses,,,
they dont think about the customer freaking out over 3 weeks when 3 months is normal for jdm type parts

Yes I know they said a few days but life happens- fedex flooded...

As long as they dont charge your card until actual shipment- thats good deal in my mind

If you want to bitch in person about things- order at local dealer- pay full retail plus 10 and be happy

 

haha. yeah i just called yesterday wondering why it was taking so long for everything to process. i get my kit in this saturday, so all is well now!

 

I just ordered from oemacuraparts 2 days ago and they have not shipped it either.... I am used to having orders ship within 2 days, especially from dealerships which usually have the item next day if special ordered.
