1. the water from underneath on your car is probably due to you leaving your fan on. make sure its water and not another liquid

Just order a new intake pipe from rock auto. They're like $20

 

OP read your manual, then google your questions, then google answers on Azine and you will be golden. That is most likely the original throttle hose which I guess is as hard as a rock. Please just replace it and clean the throttle while you're at it. If the jesus clamp is rusted, replace that also.
