Is this normal?

Just wanted to confirm this with other TL members...is the lower control arm supposed to sit like this? I would have thought it's centered in the bracket. It's like this for both sides.

Drive fine but just thought it looked weird. I took out my lower control arm last time to replace the compliance bushings so I wanted to make sure I installed it back right.

Am I disoriented looking at this?
I have all my control arms on a bench and they're all mostly straight.

To me yours sits in normal.

I am pretty sure the bushing is bad, I think mine is sitting in the middle. I will try to look at mine at lunch.

At first I was going to say it looks OK, because that "nipple" on the bottom is indeed supposed to be there.

But my bushing is centered more than yours. I don't know if that really is a big deal or not. Also, in your pic I can't make out that metal flange that is part of the bushing...Did you remove that when you did the window weld? (I think it was you who did the window weld mod?)

Looks kind of weird to me too.

Maybe i'll go look at mine after, but if it drives straight and no noises you should be okay.

Btw,what account did you use to host your picture? This is the only picture i can actually see on acurazine from my work computer lol. Maybe it's a host that isn't blocked by my work.
