non navi TLs is there still voice cmds?

non navi TLs is there still voice cmds?
is there still voice commands for the stereo system with the non navi TL? or is the voice system only included with the navi system?
the handsfree bluetooth responds to voice commands doesn't it regardless of having navi or not? can non navi owners clarify these details for me?

The HandsFreeLink still responds to voice commands, but there are no voice commands for the stereo.

Voice commands are all processed by the nav computer, therefore, no nav, no voice commands.

there are still BT voice commands, such as "phone book" and "call xxxxxxxxxx"
