I have about 21,000 miles and I'm down to 30% on the MID for the next service. My previous services...

• ~6000 A1
• ~11,500 B
• ~17,000 A1

I'm guessing my next service will be due around 22,500. Since I do my own maintenance, I wanted to know the next service code so I can have any special items ready to go (cabin filter or air filter).

It's hard to predict what the MID will show, but it probably won't show a "2" until around 30,000 miles, based on what your previous recommendations were.

I just changed my air filter yesterday, at 21,000 miles. It didn't really need it, but it's cheap insurance, so you can check yours and see what it looks like. I bought a cabin air filter at the same time, but I will probably wait a few months to change that since I drive in a relatively clean environment and haven't noticed any change in air quality.

You might consider doing a transmission fluid change. I did mine at 20,000 miles and it came out really dark brown, so I got Acura to do a "goodwill" triple drain procedure, but if yours looks pretty clean, the single drain should be all right and at least you would know what it looks like before waiting too long.

Thanks for moving the thread. I have a 6MT and changed over to GMSM-FM around 14K, and it still shifts very nicely.

Anybody else know the next service?
