Newbie looking for TL Car Cover recommendations

Newbie here, looking for recommendations for a car cover. It's an 2004 TL, and it spends all of its time outside.

I looked at Weathertech, while there stuff is really good, $550 is a bit steep for a car 16 year old car with 250K miles on it.

Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

  • $298 -- Custom Noah Car Cover
  • $337 -- Custom Ultratect® Car Cover
  • $422 -- Custom WeatherShield HP Car Cover

I would stay away from Noah covers if this will stay outside. The weathershield is ok but very light and will need securing they are also not very durable in sun and the wind will rub the fabric on paint and scuff it.

any custom cover will be expensive what's your budget?

No more than $200. Most google search results for an OEM cover show that it's been discontinued.

These guys at least don't say that its discontinued, don't know if they actually have one on hand.

The 4G TL cover is still available, anyone know how well it fits on a 3G?

Thanks again!

No way it will ever fit. The 4G car is two inches wider, half an inch higher, and five inches longer; in other words, a totally different car.

Thats gonna be a Noah cover. Might try looking in Marketplace here for used covers or look at some other vendors online for the same. My cover of choice is a bit more than your limit.
