Newbie Acura owner
My dad purchased a 2007 TL 5AT last week. First time Acura owner, third Honda. Gotta say, the TL is an amazing car. Seems cool im part of this forum now.

welcome aboard and congrats on the TL. 
Just as a tip, watch your wallet, these boards will make you want to mod the TL and soon you will be broke...

yes, he lets me drive it. I keep it in the garage. I usually drive it slow. I try not to do anythin stupid wit it. Hope it lasts as long as our other Hondas: 150K miles and 120K miles and still countin.

Honda and Acuras can last a hell of a lot longer than that! My 87 Accord had about 210,000 miles on it before I gave it to my cuzin a couple years back. My 96 TL is still running with about 225,000 miles on it. Just needs a new head gasket and you'd get another 10-20,000 miles out of her easy!
