New Wing Spoiler is Scratched
My luck....I get my package, everything looks good with the box and the bubble wrap. I unwrap it an here's what I find.

I got it from hondacura so I am hoping that I'll be able to get this exchanged.

Was it DHL that had delivered?

Did you call them up and see what they are going to do? That really sucks it seemed like it was damaged and not due to the shipper since you said it was packaged fine right?
Damn your right pimpin a few ppl have been posting a lot of shipping damages. Hopefully by tomorrow I won't be ranting on here on how my bodykit is all f**ked up because of DHL....

That wont be necessary. I think there are enough threads on this. Im sure Tim will take care of our members. He hasnt let us down yet.

The shipper choice might be due to the size of the package. My wing was shipped via Fed-Ex and the package didn't look like the a-spec kit shipped by DHL that another member experienced.
This case it looks like it came from where ever it was packaged in this condition. It didn't look like it was repackaged, but you never know.
I noticed the scratches right off the bat, so someone has no regard with quality or customer care (this is NOT a dig to HondaAcura.com). I think it's more of a corporate issue than a local dealer issue.
Unfortunately my wife signed for the package so I didn't get a chance to turn it away.

Update:
I heard back from JR at Hondacura. They've ordered a replacement and will provide a return shipment voucher with the new part so that I can send back the damaged part.
So aside from a little time, this isn't going to cost me any more.
Definitely a great place to deal with. Very responsive.
