New Used Car - 2006 Acura TL w/Navi

Hey guys! New to AZ, but been on here a lot the past few days reading up on everyone's input on the TL, and ended up buying one! I just got rid of my BMW X3, and had a s2000 right before that. My TL is a 2006 with 76000 miles, which I think is pretty low for a 10 year old car and I'll be driving it enough daily to get it to the 10k miles per year range. I did search, but just wanted to see if there's anything else that might be of concern for preventive maintenance. I'll bring my questions about the audio/navtool things later. And I'm not modding performance, which I did enough of on my old s2000.

Do now:
Cabin air filter - Fram
Air filter - Fram
Transmission Fluid 3x3 - 9 quarts Honda DW1
3rd gear pressure switch + gasket
4th gear pressure switch + gasket
Oil change - mobile 1 synthetic/filter
Techron Fuel System Cleaner

Do Before 90k Miles:
Spark Plugs
Timing Belt
Water Pump
Coolant Flush
Power Steering Fluid
Brake pads/Resurface/Brake Fluid

Anything else come to mind? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the crew! I'm a fairly new member and owner (got my TL in the summer).

One thing you should keep an eye on once it hits 100k miles is to take a look at the lower ball joints and the cv axles. Once you get above 100k and you don't keep an eye on them, the lower ball joints can snap, leaving you with a hefty repair bill and potentially a wrecked car. CV axles will start clicking when you turn lock to lock. For the ball joints, jack the car up, and if there is any play in the knuckles, then it is an indication that it is time to replace the lower ball joints. Keep an eye on the upper ball joints too, but the lower ones give people the most headaches.

Congrats dude! I love my 06 TL, hope you will too. I'm at 117K on mine, done all the scheduled maintenance, never had an issue and it has never left me stranded. Best car I've ever owned.

Welcome and congrats on the new Acura!

Anything Fram is junk something anything else would be better
Instead of Techron Fuel System Cleaner.. use Sea Foam
