New TL Parts on EBay
I'm posting this here because of the 3rd gen TL parts available. I haven't checked all the prices, but it looks like they're quite a bit cheaper than MSRP. Take the 18" wheels for instance. Dealer would charge $1516. Here: $1197.

Just a thought.
Dealers include the tires with the rims for that price, no?
The ebay site appears not to include tires with the rims.
