just picked up my 1st TL AT with Nav anthracite grey was completely stock 5 days ago and just did the Mid muffler & resonator delete pretty happy.. seems like maybe a loss of power from this? anyone know if that's true? also need to put an ipod interface in any advice here on manufacturers? and looking to drop it about 2" came with stock chrome 14 spoke wheels I am not much of a fan of these would rather have the 5 spoke any info on anything would be appreciated

Welcome mrwhitneysTL. As thoiboi so eloquently put it, the answers to your questions are all on this site and have been discussed at length. I don't imagine that you lost any power by deleting the resonator/mid muffler, but possibly moved some power up the powerband.

I'm not familiar with the TL having 14 spoke wheels, what do they look like? The only oem wheels I know of are the 5 spokes, ten spoke (split 5 spoke) and the TL-S waffles.
