New Tl Owner
Just bought myself a TL last month and fell in love with it around the same time. So far it a big difference coming from a G35 but i still prefer the TL. I'm looking for suggestions on minor mods i can do to the car, due to the fact that I own and dont want to alter the car in a way where it would loose value. So far I debadged the 2 smaller emblems on the trunk(only left the big acura sign in the middle). I had my windows tinted 20 precent all around and limo tinted the rear window. I changed the floormat color from beige to black giving the interior a sort of "two-tone" look. Here are the specs on my car.
2004 ACURA TL
NIGHTHAWK BLACK ON PARCHMENT
AUTOMATIC TRANNY NO NAVIGATION.
DEBADGED EMBLEMS
TINTED WINDOWS
SOON TO COME:
-Installing rear side markers from 2007 Type-S model
-Swapping out stock foglight bulbs for Xenon foglights
-Installing wind deflectors on all 4 windows and sunroof
PLEASE IDEAS ARE WELCOME.
THANKS GUYS.
JUST A SIDE STORY:
The first Saturday night i had my car on my way to pickup a date, my tire blew on the highway. By the time i pulled over, my tire was completed destroyed, my rim was cracked, and i got my sensor wires so my whole HUD was lit up with all the lil signals no one ever wants to see. Costed me over 700 dollars in total to fix it. Sucks investing into something you just spent 20 grand on . SHIT HAPPENS though.

Congrats on your new purchase and welcome to the boards! CAI and Exhaust would be a good start. Excellerate just introduced their TB spacer and gaskets. It will add a little power and keep you happy in the process. If you do decide to get the major power bug, you can consider the Comptech S/C. Hope this helps.
