New TL
New TL
Hi All, Finally picked up my Silver/Eb/Nav last Friday, and I have to say, this car is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone who's sat in my car so far have been thoroughly impressed, and exceedingly jealous
. At night, this car really shines, from the blue ambient lighting for the shift column to the little blinking red light on the door for security, the car vibs luxury. Haven't had a chance to push it very hard yet, but after the break-in, I'm sure I will. 300 miles in 3 days, break-in should be done in no time. The sound system is fabulous, whoever said there's no treble has super-human ears, as I can't be more happy with the sound of this system... and I consider myself an audiophile
. ( Even own grado headphones
. ). The most impressive thing is the ride... no matter the weather ( it's been raining for 2 days here in sunny cali) the car handles like it is the master of the road, not even breaking a sweat around turns. I live in Santa Cruz CA, so for all of you guys in the bay area, you know how dangerous/fun highway 17 is, well, the TL makes it feel like a 5 lane freeway. Anyhow, this car has exceeded my expectations, which are really high. For those on the fence, just get it, you won't regret it!

I have the same color combo and I concur. However, I have the non-Navi version, and while I don't miss the Navi (last Acura had it) the black insert surrounding the LCDs is a design faux pas. It should be same color as the rest of the dash, and was obviously done by engineering without consulting the designers. Hey Acura, don't skip that important step! Nothing is trivial if it can be seen. Thanks, I feel better now
