New to thread...HI EVERYBODY!!
Just picked up my 2004 Anthracite TL last week, and I am so glad I bought this car.
I shopped around for a L-O-N-G time before making up my mind, and I have to say there are a lot of cars out there that do several things very well, but very few that do as many things as well in one package.
I looked at:
BMW 530
Mercedes E-Class
Infiniti G35 sedan
Cadillac CTS
Lincoln LS
Acura TSX
Lexus IS300
All good cars in their own way, but the TL offered the best combination of quality, reliability, features, luxury, sport and refinement for the money.
My only irk: The Autoshift automatically shifts you to 2nd gear in the sport mode; kinda silly, I guess.
I hope I can find some new friends on this board, y'all seem like a great bunch of people. I apologize for my rant in one of Gundar's threads, but he's clearly an imbecile.
