Hey there community. I am a new member here and I want to get involved with everything going on here. I just got me an Acura TL type S 2008. I really like this car and want to learn more about it. During my trail period I need to make 5 post. I don't know what the black market is. Can someone give me a run done of what I can and can't do during the trail period.

Congrats on the TL-S! What color and transmission did you get?

Black Market is a place to buy and sell stuff.

Oh, and we need pics!

Congrats Welcome to AZ! Check out the 3G garage for tons of info. Also register your TL at www.myacura.com in the USA or https://www.myacura.acura.ca/ in Canada. Save your Navi and Radio codes there. Check for any recalls your TL may need.

Pics of my new acura

I want to add more, but for some reason I feel like I am doing something retarded with trying to post the pics. If any one would like to give some helpful tips on how to add pics to the form, please do.

No, these are from my computer, but from a phone would be cool to know how to do.

Welcome! Looks clean, congrats!

I would lose the pin stripe, and the weird placement of the "TL" and "Type S" badges on the rear panel. But that's just my opinion.

I agree with you on that. The day I put tags on it I had to take it to the shop. Hopefully I ail have it back tomorrow, then I can start working on it.

Wait, wait, wait-I want to see a close up picture of the logo treatment at the end of the pinstripping. I've never seen something like that before.

You might consider taking off the body side moulding. You can pull it off yourself.

You can use a dremel with a polishing tip and meguiars 105 ultra cut compound to take that pinstripe off, even a buffer would work too.

Did it come with the A-Spec kit too? I agree that the body side molding and pin stripe takes away from the look of the TL.
