New to me 08 TL Type S

I've been toying with the idea of upgrading to a Type S from my O4 TL and have looked around a little. Well yesterday the Mrs. and I went to a dealer about 50 miles away to take a look at a CPO.
Well to make this short I will be picking it up on Thursday. It's an 08 TL Type S with 13,400 miles on it, NBP over ebony/quartz two tone and it has the 6MT!!
I think I got a decent deal, not stellar - but the 08 is spotless. No dings, dents, rips, tears or blemishes plus it's CPO.

Congrats on the purchase man! Just curious, how much did you end up paying for it?

$19K plus tax, tag, title, with my trade - 04 TL 6MT - 45K miles. I know I probably could get more for my 04 TL, but there is the sales tax savings and little or no hassle.

CPO - Extended warranty "Wrap"?

Spoke to the F&I guy today and was told that if I wanted to purchase and extended warranty - it was available only until I picked up the car. This supposedly is a CPO extended warranty wrap - $1095 no tax.
Anyone heard of this and is this a good deal? 7 years / 100K $0 deductible bumper to bumper.

Thoughts?

Thanks - the 04 TL I'm trading in is a 6MT as well and my last three cars. I waited 12 weeks for the 04 when I bought it.

Are you keeping the gunmetal A-Specs for the Type-S?

As of right now that's the plan. I run the A-Specs in the Summer and the base rims in the Winter with snows.

I see you have them as well.
