so you want day-time running lights. I have the ones in the lower fog grille. I am also using navtool which was VERY easy to install. 3 hours will not last, especially in this weather NJ has. I take mine to a place on rt 18 every now and then to get the stainless mufflers clean from the under body option at the car wash.
rt 18..what town cuz i dont want to travel to far just for a Car wash...

1) EASY SOLUTION: Daytime Running Lights module from autobarn.com:
http://www.autobarn.net/des20013.html
These units are very easy to wire into your car. They connect to the OEM fogs in the headlights. When you turn on your car, they turn on at 75% intensity whether the stalk switch is on or off. When you turn on your lowbeams, they either turn off or go to 100% intensity, depending on the stalk switch setting. When you turn off the car, they remain lit for 30 seconds to assist with finding keys, etc.
2) DIFFICULT SOLUTION: There is a way to re-wire the stalk switch for independent control of the OEM fogs, but I understand it can be a real PITA to accomplish. Search for Item G-029 in the 3G Garage. There are 2 threads on the topic.
3) Alternate solution: Accord fogs in the lower grilles---Item G-031 in 3G Garage.
