Anyone else sign up for Owner Link? Do they spam the hell out of you w/ acura promotions?

I am signed up. You have the option to turn promotion emails or any other email notifications off. I have it on right now and I have received one email in two weeks.

I've been signed up for almost three years and have both my car and my wife's listed. I make my wife's car payments through the site, as can anyone with AHFC financing. I have the promotion email selection off and they've never sent me an email, even for site upgrades.

Signed up about a year and half ago and have never received any Spam or any emails for that matter, from them.

I signed up for my old integra when the site was up. Also registered my TL have not recieved more than 2-3 mails in last 4 years I'd say.

No spam. Actually, nothing at all. I've had two Acura cars registered there for a total of 3.5 years now and as far as I can tell there is no benefit whatsoever to registering at the website. I've heard that if Acura has a major recall you would get an email, but as long as Acura and/or your dealer has a current snail mail address, you would get notified anyway. It's unclear to me what other benefits the website may hold, but as I've said, I've gotten nothing out of it.
