New 2004 TL owner

Hi guys, I just picked up my 2004 TL yesterday with 53K miles. I paid $14k for it, without navi though. The car was in amazing condition except for a dent on the fender that I can get out with some PDR. How you guys think I came out on the deal?

Also, what are those two headlights closest to the grill for? The regular lights and highbeams are on the outer side, but the inner ones don't turn on. Are they DRL's? because I don't see them on.

The TL has bi-xenon lights. The inner bulbs on 04-06 are fog lights. Yellow bulbs there makes for a good look. Congrats on your purchase. Awesome mileage for that year. I'd take it down the freeway if i were you to burn the carbon out the car..lol.

Thanks, quick question. Is there a way to convert to stock navi unit? I really couldn't find the perfect car with a stock navi.

Welcome aboard!

I have two 3G TL's. Mine is an '04 manual (late build), and my wife's is an '05 automatic. Our cars don't have low or high beams. They have HID headlamps with shutters to control what one might normally think of as low or high beams.

May I suggest that you spend some time reading your owner's manual completely through. There is so much info to absorb that this could take several iterations.
