Need some Aspec help

I'm looking at getting the kit on GB, but first need to know if it's going to cover up the damage to my rear end (chipped paint).

Basically, if it covers the damage - insurance will pay for the kit. If it doesn't cover, I'm going to want it fixed properly which wil use up all my insurance money.

Can someone with aspec take a couple pictures of the rear lip for me? I am specifically looking to see where it matches up to the rear bumper. Not to be greedy, but if someone wanted to snap a picture with a tape measure, or coin - anything to give me exact measurement. I think it's gonna be close

Oh... and GB ends tomorrow. The sooner the better

Have 3 quotes that are all between $500-600 to get it repaired / repainted. I pretty much have 2 options - anyone want to give their advice then?

1) Get it repaired for the $500 and call it good - or -

2) Buff out the scratches, buy some touch up paint, and put the aspec on it anyways for $800

Financially I'm not in a situation right now to fix the bumper and put the aspec on it. I just figured this may be the time to add it and let the insurance company pay for the majority of the kit. I'm still hoping that maybe the aspec will cover it, but after looking at it again myself, it's only about 1/2 inch from the bodyline. Not looking goof for the home team

you can buff out the scatches like u said,

and the chipping don't look that bad.

The kit will cover that hole. If insurance is going to pay for it, get the kit instead.

Good luck.

This is why I need a good close pic of the drivers side rear quarter. I'm thinking it's not going to cover, but I'm within an inch or so I hate to guess wrong on this.

Here is my car and look at where the kit covers. It goes over the lip on the bumper. It will cover it with no issues....

Here , see how the kit comes over the little crease in the bumper, the damage to your bumper is below that crease.
