best place is if you have a u-pull it or LKQ near you that allows you to take your own parts - way cheaper than having them remove it and ship/pickup.

Check Car-Part.com for auto recyclers in your area, prices can vary a bit and sometimes will say "call" for pricing. You need to call them anyway to make sure car hasn't been crushed or the parts sold.

I ended up getting a few parts from LKQ/U-Pull-IT at over 50% discount vs LKQ website where they remove the parts, all I needed was a 10MM socket, ratchet + extensions, clip removal tools, a small pry-bar and phillips screwdriver. I advise you take a socket set with you incase you need something that is not 10mm size, but most bolts are 10MM on TL.

They also have an online price guide for picking your parts and then a core fee for returning your old-damaged parts for a credit of the core fee.

Facebook has a lot of clowns that over-charge or don't answer, but still worth a shot. Good thing is 2004-2008 fenders should be fine, the headlights are specific to 3.2 for 2007-2008 and 3.5 2007-2008, 04-06 won't work well and will look off. Same with the bumper. Hood should be the same for all 2007-2008 TL's as they have a bigger grille than 04-06.

You should post your location because large parts aren't economical to ship.

Agreed and OP should also probably let folks know what color he is looking for unless he is going to repaint it.
