Need ideas for installing Add ons Tl 2004

Hey, I am new to this. A friend of mine told me that i can find help on here. I'd like to have some ideas for the front of the car. For the rear, I have tinted tail lights, spoiler, and roof spoiler, however, for the front i have tinted headlights and painted grill(black) so I was wondering if you guys have any ideas for add ons (cheap, good quality). Also, my car is gold, so do u guys think my car would look awesome if I painted the roof black?

Thaaank you in advacnce

It's all in your own personal tastes in modifications.

I personally like to keep cars as stock looking as possible with a few mods such as tint and changing bulbs. I'm also not a huge fan of amber reflectors/diffusers, but this time around I think I'll leave mine as is.

I've never seen a gold car with black roof. Black roof on white car looks pretty good though...

Thank you! yeah black roof on white car does look pretty, but I do not know about gold, it might look awful.

It doesn't look right in my head. Do you have that "Desert Gold" TL? If so, I personally don't think it would look good with a black roof. Then again, I'm very particular when it comes to cosmetic mods.

What's wrong with it being stock? Too tame for you?

A-spec kit would be a nice modification, and it's a stock mod too.

I have yet to see a 3G TL in that color, in person. I see plenty of TLs around, but they're all the same common colors (including mine), so you pretty much already have something that's quite rare and "modded" from the factory, imo.

I've seen Desert Mist Metallics (DMM) around. Obviously not as common as the usual colors, but they are out there.
I think the black roof may actually look pretty good on that color. I'm not a fan of tinted lights, but if you like it that's good. When I see tinted lights I just think cheap looking (no offense). I would get the windows tinted however, go with either 20% or 35% all around. Maybe Type S markers. As others have said aspec kit and maybe wheels would be awesome, but your talking money for those items.

I agree with dezy and JTS. I like to keep the mods subtle and close to stock / OEM, but that's me.

These DMM's are tastefully done IMHO:

IMHO- I would take the tint off your headlights and taillights.

^ that's what I was thinking. Except instead of "don't usually", it's pretty much "never".
