I am thinking about having all my car interior map lights, dome lights, step courtesy lights changed to Xenon White LEDs.

I have checked the Osram Guide but still a little bit confused about the the bulb sizes I need. Can someone who has did this help me out, thanks a bunch!

 

I was extremely confused also. I recently took the plunge and bought 6 red leds from Vleds. Two for the doors, two for the front map lights, and two for the rear dome lights. I can't find the thread but someone posted this earlier. 194,168, and 2528 all are the same size connectors but they differ in watts produced. Try and do a search and see if you find this thread. You shouldn't have a problem getting 168,194, or 2528. Although, you will have to make sure the size of the actual LED will fit into the map/dome/door panel. Here is a pics of my LEDs. They came with different adapters in the package. I just used the one was the same as my factory bulb. Hope this helps!~

Here you see the pic of the factory bulb on top, the adapter in the middle, and the new led from Vleds. Specifically they are 30 M-SMT LED.


Ensure your new LED fits in the factory location. Here is an example of the front map lights.

194 wedge base is correct.
