Need help finding right part

I just bought a 2005 TL with the 6MT. 3 bolts are missing and I'm struggling to figure out what they were so I can buy replacements. Looking over Honda and Acura sites I haven't found the right information. Anyone know what I need to buy?

On upper trans mount, the bottom of the three bolts is missing. What bolt goes here?

On the bottom where the 6MT mounts up to the engine, 2 bolts are missing. You can see them on either side of the flywheel cover. What bolts do I need to buy to replace them?

Thanks for any help!

Thank you, sir. I think there probably were bolts between the engine and the trans, though. One, because in the pics you can see how clean it was around the hole implying there was a bolt face there keeping it from getting as dirty as a surrounding metal. Two, the holes are threaded on the transmission case side. The engine side aren't so they just sleeve the bolt on its way to the threads. If there's not a bolt, Honda threaded it for some reason. But, yeah, I can't find a pic of it. Hence my delimna.

Alright, I found part numbers.

90162-SDA-A00. (10X34)
95701-06012-08 (6X12)
95701-10055-08 (10X55)
95701-12080-08 (12X80)

I think the first number is M10, M12, etc. The second number is length. The thread pitch, though, isn't disclosed. Honda said the parts would have to be ordered so I was just thinking about Home Depot if I can get the thread pitch. Anyone know where to look that up? (Yeah, there are a couple of more bolts that made the list since I first posted)
