I have a 2004 acura tl and the both my rear y'all lights are starting to not lighten up. My mechanic said the light bulbs are good but it's the past pictured below that's the problem. Anybody know what it's called or where I can find it

 

That part is what makes the taillights light up, the LED's are attached to them.
