Hey guys my wife has 03 tl, and she love it. But we thinking to get 4th gen tl ot tl-s. What year does the 4th gen come with the fog lights? Can I put factory fog lights if doesn't come with one? And what year the best for the money?

If you are talking about the 3rd gen, since your 03 TL is the 2nd Gen, then the 07/08 have fogs in the bumpers while the 04-06 have fogs in the headlights.

 

Alot of folks on AZ have done the Accord fog light mod on 04-06 TL's so it can at the very least look like 07-08 TL's. You can search the forums on this topic. There are tons of threads on it.

As far as what year has the most bang for the buck, it really depends on how much you want to spend.

Its really simple, in the 3G Tl, the outside light with the lense on it is High and low beams, a flap inside the projector lifts up to blind everyone with the high beams. The inner one with the reflector is the fog-light. It has a halogen bulb in it:

The integrated fogs to the headlight is better. The foglight lense on the 07-08s do tend to crack easily because the way they are positioned lower.
