the side skirts are a factory option.
you can head to your local dealer, or find dealers on ebay selling the "A-spec kit"

Also, there are vendors on this site that sell the full "A-spec" kit.
PM AckTL05, as he does a group buy and will be able to get you the "A-spec" kit
