Why do you need to change the whole harness?

Don't believe there is one, and even the FSM would show component locations rather than the complete harness. Don't know the situation but hopefully the OE harness is in place, so remove the plastics, engine cover, battery, and rather than remove the entire harness, you might want to start at one end, remove the connector then attach the connector from the new harness and just keep moving along. If you choose to remove the entire harness first, start removing the connectors, although most connectors are different mark each corresponding connector/component with tape/numbers and take pictures, then compare when installing the new harness.
