How many miles did this car have had when you picked up your car?
What is VIN range, last 6 digit, for example, 0563xx? (Is this the new car just arriving the lot right before you picked up? or it's the old car sitting in the lot and serving as the test-drove car?)
Do you drive a lot of local roads or enter busy-city everyday?

wow.. unless you are driving at hard speeds and all. i still dont think the oil should be at 90 in 4 days. and if u are ... not a good break in thing... (correct me if i am wrong) But like Rets said.. was this a brand new car? if it was and you have been driving..fine.. take it back.... and when you list this about oil life. it would be helpful to put how many miles the car has. cus i dont think you should be complaining or better yet, it shouldnt be a problem if u have close to 300 to 600 miles. but answer all these questions to see watts going on.. Now there is another issue.. if they told you they were going to give you a NEW car. it should at least have no more than 20 miles at most. anything after i think its been used for test drives. Please let us know..
