Anyone that has put the 07TL side markers on the 05TL what did you do with the connection.

 

I have put the '07 TL rear side markers on my '04 TL so it matches the "smoked" look of the front markers. As far as I know, there is no to little difference between '05 and '04. All I did was pop out the old side markers and pop the new ones back in place. The connectors are the same. No, drilling, widening of holes, or adapters of any sort were needed for me.

I put them on my 06 TL and the connector is in fact different, you can get it to work, you just have to carefully push it in offset to the side with the pins
