Can anyone please give me their glove box dimensions?

I have an 05 RL with a glove box that has seen better days and I've got this guy telling me the 3rd gen TL has the same glove box size, just with a different latch insert, so can one of you guys measure your glove box length/width, so I can compare?
The pictures look similar but not the same...

 

I doubt it's the same size, RL has a larger interior glovebox.

Sounds like your guy is trying to pull a fast one, no?
Similar, maybe; however, I'm not seeing how they are anywhere near in comparison to correct fitment.
