Need Front Speaker replacement

First off, I dont want to upgrade the whole sound system.

I just need the front speakers replaced. The passenger side speaker works only. Also, not trying to buy $40/each for used OEM speakers. I want new direct fit replacements, plug and play.
Maybe a replacement for the rear sub if there is one.

Most of the other threads are aftermarket setups, wasnt helpful since im still keeping my factory amp and radio.

Plug and play front speakers with minimal fitment issues, and maybe a rear sub replacement too. Thanks!

You'll need 2ohm speakers for the fronts. And if you want plug and play you'll need to get adapters.

From what I understand, you won't get a decent aftermarket sub in there. I'll let someone else elaborate more as I'm not too well versed in it.

According to what I found on Crutchfield.com, the replacement speaker size for the front door is 5-1/4".

you can fit up to a 8" mid in the door. I am running a 6.5" mid. 5.25 would be silly. Do not waste any time trying to get a decent sub in the rear deck, they do not work in that location.

You are sure the speaker has failed and not the amp?

yes after reading your post I do not believe it is the speaker that is bad, they just do not fail like that. did you try switching the speakers to the known working side.
If your not replacing the tweeter too I would buy another stock speaker if that is actually the problem so they are matching.

Yea sounds like the amp to me. I had an issue where only one side of the car output any sound. Amp blown. $35 at the junkyard for a good oem amp fixed the issue. If you go this route, first one they gave me was also bad. So make sure they got a good exchange policy.

This reminds me, I kinda do want to upgrade my sound setup. But judging by Crutchfield's comments here, it's a ton of work. Kinda blows. My older Avalon was mainly plug and play and it sounds amazing.
