Any one ever have this happen? (2007 base tl 5AT)

I was sitting at a stop light and noticed my navigation reset. The light turned green I stepped on the gas, rpms went up but my car moved slowly. I let off the gas and then pressed it again. Same thing car is barely moving. Then finally everything caught and it drove normally.

In the past 6 months this has happend and twice I was merging into traffic and hit the gas, the rpms went high and the car went no where. let off the gas hit it again and it went normally.

Any help would be appreciated.

ecu failure? the navi and tranny together make me think the only thing it could be is the computer failing? lets hope more experience member will chime in.
