N00B Question.

behind the tailights there are 2 bulbs per tailight for the signals. so when i put in my depo smoked tails, ill need a total of 4 turn signal bulbs, that blink red. so confused because in all these threads everyones only talked about 1 bulb per tailight for the signal, i go out an look at my tail and see 2 ...

There are 2 clips not bulbs. One clip for the turn signal and one for the led board. The stock turn bulb is yellow so you will need a red bulb or red led. Remember if you choose led you will need a load resistor. Hope this helps.

there is only 1 tail light bulb. there are 2 plugs because one connects to the LED circuit board for brake lights and the other is to the turn signal bulb

There is nothing more frustrating than when you are ready/excited to tackle a project and then find out you don't have everything required to do so

Glad you got it figured out now

I am having a similar feeling, perhaps even worse.

I have a brand new coilover set + some other goodies sitting waiting on me as we speak. I am currently working out of town this entire week (something i very rarely have to do) thus, I will not even be able to pick it all up until I get home this weekend, it's driving me crazy, I'm so impatient when it comes to my toys, haha.
