First one..

Pulled up to a light on 121, listened to a really loud fart
pipe on a little blue neon with a wing next to me.
I know those things are pretty quick. But wanted to
race him anyways.. Light turns and he just instantly
gets the jump on me, and almost immediately pulls about
a car length on me.. IT was a pretty quick race, as we
caught up with traffic pretty quickly. I suppopse around 80mph or so. But he led me the whole distance. I was handed
my butt pure and simple.

Second one.
Ughhh now this one was awful. This pickup truck was weaving
in and out of traffic like he was hot stuff. As we were
approaching a red light there was only going to be one
lane open. It looked as though he would have to stack
behind someone else. I didn't want to race him, but
just wanted to beat him to the light just because he was
being such an arse. Well at the second or so the car on
the left gets into the turn lane, and now we are both
lined up at the light. I can hear him reving his engine.
Okay. Going to spank him hard I say. He has a early
1990's Chevy or GMC pickup truck, very beat up with
a long bed and stock looking wheels. Light turned Green
and I pounded it, I am sure I got the jump on him, but that
thing had some hidden mods or something, we were going
sligthly uphill, but that truck just went like a bat out
of hell. He then turned off into a shopping center and I
went straight, which I was happy as I wouldn't want
to have to be embarrased like that again... I guess
there are some real sleepers out there.

LOL, yep. I didn't expect to be able to take the Neon, but
the pickup truck was a mad surprise! What made it worse
is I had the wife in the car, (no she's a small chick) so she
didn't cost me the race. But she told me not to race, and
then laughed at me pretty hard after I got beat. I
laughed too.. But just wanted to share the story with you.

So far I have only had a couple of races, a pretty even
from a roll race with a G35 coupe, and a mad loss to a
TransAm.

I blew the doors off of a 2001 Lightning last night, only because he sat there and smoked his tires for about 2 blocks. Had it been summer time he would have sucked the headlights clean out of my TL. We stopped and talked for awhile and it turned out to be a buddy of mine in my old car club, he recognized me but I couldn't see thru his tint.

He said he was laughing his butt off watching me pull away, he knows I know how fast his truck is and come summer if I see his truck I'm going to politely wave and salute his awesome truck. I've always wanted one, they are simply the most awesome truck ever built.
