My NBP 4th Zaino Treatment & Problem with Acura Dealer maintenance?
Yesterday I spend entire after washing my babies, 04TL and 03 RSX... and applied 2 coats of Zaino polish, first coat with Z5 and followed by Z2
Last week I took my girl friend's RSX in for Maintenace Schedule 2, which rotations the tire, change the engine oil and other inspection. The whole service was US$189 :thefinger . I can't believe it was that expensive. However, I found out that rear right hand side tire is missing the wheel lock. :chainsaw: The f***ing dealer forgot to put them back on! and also they took my wheel lock socket as well.
What should I do this point?
I know I am going to call
and complained about the dealer and I definately need to take the car back to the dealer to get the missing wheel lock.
By the way, the dealer is
Should I ask the dealer for full refund of the service? Right now I even suspect them didn't even do the tire rotation! In addition, I am worried when my 04TL service is due, they going to do a horrible job with it. Is it better just take my TL and my gf's RSX to Honda dealer for maintenance instead?

WOW, that sucks... you should ask your dealer to tow your car back to the dealership for the service instead of driving back to prevent from potiental demage on the car and wehhel.

I would say that you definitely should make them replace your wheel locks. And I would say, do NOT take your cars back there for service; especially your TL. I would try to get them to refund the cost of service.
By the way, very nice NBP TL. Very nice, indeed.

Normally I don't park next to other cars... I always park at those spots where no one parks next to me (kinda far sometimes). I also park fartherst away from the entrance when I got to war mart or other shopping malls. $hit happens... sometimes it is not your next door neighbor.
I am still mad at the dealership...

i see other zaino user always take their picture under the shade... by doing that it will makes TL has much a juicy/glossy look in the pics, but in reality it does not look that. That is why I always take my pics under the sun
Zaino polish is really shiny and glossy, it can be done comparison side by side with another 04TL Anthracite . (my neighbor also got one)

Question
I used the same method when applying Zaino, Claybar, Z5 then Z2 . After I was done I pulled it out in the sun and noticed really fine swirl marks in the paint. Am I the only one?
Anyone see what I may have done wrong?

I just finished my 4th coat of Zaino yesterday and took it to a park for a birthday party. While there, a sudden windstorm kicked up and dusted my car like crazy. I then took it to church today and had kids lean up against the car checking out the interior. I even heard a zipper hitting the side (arghhh!). While still boiling, I took it back home (sounds pretty anal now) and gave it a fresh wash job. I wish I knew how to post pics here.
As for the wheel, yeah, ask for no payment. Good luck.
