I recently sold my 07 TSX to get an 06 TL and I love the TL. My question is during the day and having the gauges on maximum brightness, the kilometers barely show up. I know it isn't a concern because I live in the US but it just seems like they should be brighter. Also some of the blue lines in the speedometer look brighter than others. Is this right or could there be something wrong with how my gauges are lighting up?

 

Did you press the MAX BRIGHTNESS button or did you just press the brightness (-/+) button? Try pressing the max brightness twice and see how it goes.

If you set your headlights to AUTO, then the TL will set the brightness a little bit lower depending on day or night.

 

yup... get used to it... i have a canadian car.. so i can't see the MILES properly... LOL.... lucky i installed the DEFI VSD-X heads up display.. =) then i can switch to miles anytime =)

Thanks! I guess if I ever go back to Canada I better remember the math on what the mph to km is. Yes the 06 does not have the auto feature.
