I hated Justin Meeks. The idiot wasn't aggresive towards anything and gave a crap load of excuses everytime I called and asked for progress updates. Thanks Blacura. But now I have my attourney telling me no substantial loss of use for my vehicle to qualify for settlement. WTF.

DO NOT DEAL WITH CLIENT SERVICES OR ANYONE AT THE DEALERSHIP. Call the dealership and tell them, put the car back together and give it to me now! I do not care that it still has problems with it now. Then go get the manuals out of the car. YOu should have a lemon-law booklet. File the proper paperwork in the back of the book and HONDA CORPORATE should call you, it will be a mediator on the phone.
They will ask for a final repair attempt. They will send an engineer that is specialized in the TL and try to fix the problems. If the problems are not fixed, call back and talk to the mediator. They will offer you a new car (must pay for mileage and MSRP difference if any) and they will place you into a new car.

If acura refuses to take back the car, you must go for arbitration with the state.
