Just had my shop install the A-Spec underbody on my 06 NBP Base TL and tell me that no way the current mudflaps fit the new underbody....

Is there a special set of mudflaps for the A-Spec kit?

u cannot put mudflaps on a car with an aspec kit, it will not fit over the kit ... but im sure you could always buy the acura mudflaps and custom fab them to fit, but it wont be easy

 

You can put the original ones back on, but it will require a lot of careful cutting and time.

 

As stated, they won't fit without modification. But IMO, A-Spec kit>mud flaps in terms of appearance.

 

I agree. Mud flaps going to junk pile (or resale) with other oem parts i just replaced.

I thought of this a long time ago and test fit it......Not worth the effort, trust me. It won't look good either!
