i live in the SAN Fernando valley which is a region of Los Angeles. Its a big place to say the least and ive only seen one other KBP. Ive seen maybe 10 of each other color but only one other KBP.

maybe because its only been about a year since KBPs been out, where as almost every other color has been out about 4 years

Needless to say, RUST is the most head turning color. Any TL fan seeing baked in RUST in a 3G TL or TL-S will say WTF!!

I might reiterate why i consider kinetic blue the most attention getting color.

As a 3.5 year owner of the 3rd generation of TL's, every TL that is in my line of sight i will look at it for the entire time the car is in my line of sight. Now it could just be that the kinetic is a new contender in the arena of paint schemes which makes it grab my attention the most. Also, it's not as common as the other colors, as it was just released last year.

I will add that as having a white diamond pearl TL, i try not to be bias in this decision. White will continue to be my favorite, but for now the kinetic makes my eyeballs protrude from the skull.

haha thanks bro. I will admit i did turn to the darkside and painted the trunk and roof black, so my TL is an oreo. It's not fully white diamond pearl.

the KBP is definitely the head turner especially for the cops.
I wanted the KBP but non in stock with 2-tone interior.
I opted for the MRP, the color is equally as nice, but more classic.

Sorry guys but Im not feeling the KBP, to candy for me! I just dont like blue cars, period! Even if blue is one of my favorite colors.....the only blue that I would accept is the blueishh reflection that comes out of the NBP when the car is really clean!!

Darksom1, I think maybe you NBP guys have a point.

Many years ago, I bought a Dark Charcoal-Grey Metallic Corsica LTZ ( yeah, yeah, I know, but I was young, poor and it did *look* good).

When I got that car shined up - from top-to-tires - I got looks ALL DAY LONG and an occasional comment too.

Regardless of how clean I've had my several White cars, I've never noticed anyone breaking their neck to get a look at the nice shiny car.

While avoiding a bicycle and a stopped car i had to make a sudden stop. the excursion behind me wasn't paying attention, he slammed into me while i was at a dead stop. he was traveling at 40-45mph.

God is good... no other way i would have walked away from that one with no injury's

That generic list is wack!! Who are the sources? Produce the Acura one? That's the heart of this debate - for the TL. And besides, it doesn't matter about that list...polls on this site, which happens to be the site of this debate, not a generic poll by God knows who, indicate that NBP is the drug of choice!

Don't take it personal Turbo...just take it! NBP is dominate for a reason! Classier, elegant, sporty, stylish, large and in charge etc etc...basically all of the accolades bestowed upon the TL - wrapped into one helluva package! Other colors may have this or that as a good thing...NBP has them all! There is not one color (excluding colors that are strictly for the TL-S because they have better skirts and lower fogs on them) that looks better with no upgrades - PLAIN, STOCK - than NBP! Everything else needs at least tint or an A-sec kit to enhance it and give it life. Clean the NBP up...and watch 'em drool!
