Moleskins Installation Question
#2
Yes you can,[COLOR=Black] and probably should, I guess it's worth it. I have put moleskin on mine twice, both times they have peeled off. The second time I applied it with contact cement. This failed as well. Though it seems I am in the minority. It's worth the try so your tints won't scratch.

YES you can install the moleskin after you tint your windows. It's a VERY easy process.
Joe,
What type of moleskin did you use? Too many people are buying generic moleskin these days. It is just not designed to withstand auto applications.
We produce our own moleskin to withstand the heat, moister and cold. Ours is made specifically for auto applications.

We have special pricing for people from this forum who want to buy our MoleSkin kits for their TL or TSX.

To be honest with you, after the second time I just gave up. I saw an advertisement in one of my medical catalogs offering 5 yds of HD moleskin 3" wide for a sale price of $20. So I figured I'd invest the twenty and experiment on my own.
