Model change in 08

I'm looking at buying the TL in 3 weeks. Been comparing it to the Infinity G sedan. Its a very close competiton. The one thing holding me back from firing the button on the TL is that I know a new model is due soon. Its been almost 4-5 years for theis currnet one.
ANyone has any new info? i dont want to buy a 2007 TL and find out that in 12 months they came out with a better looking new TL.
On the other hand 'the G' just cam eout and most likely infinity wont physically change much in the 2008 model.
Please help.

That is something new to me, I have not heard that yet....I was in the same situation..wondering if I should pull the trigger on the 07...after doing a little research I have found that the 09 TL will be the "new" model and if you do a little checking around an 07 can be found for invoice or less.

when u say 2009, does it mean the model 2009 which usually comes by the third quater of 2008? If so, then I would have had the car for only a year before I get jealous of the new one..and I intend to lease BTW.
Note to self-why are we so superfical??
