Thumbs up Mobile1 5w-30 special

Just thought I'd pass this along for those who use Mobile1 5w-30 full synthetic.... Advanced Auto Parts is having a special for the entire month of June where you can get 5 quarts of full synthetic, and the Mobile1 filter for 28 bucks. I know the filters are usually a bit pricey so this is a good deal. - Thought I'd share

Around two weeks ago, they had the same sale offer in my area for $26.38 as I recall. I took advantage of it and have the goods in my garage right now.

fram = shit

Do you guys save the 1/2 quart from the walmart jug? I just dump the used oil back in there and waste the leftover new oil. I could have a "free" oil change every ninth time if I wasn't so lazy.

you would think the automotive place is cheaper but it seems like everything is more expensive there

More than you ever wanted to know about oil filters. Looks like they recently updated their website.

The last time I read an Oil filter comparison FRAM used low quality filter material and material overall when compared to the competition. Lower Quality Filter + Less filter material = not filtering as much as possible.
