If they are all present again....this is electrical. Too many random unrelated systems complaining at the same time almost always lead back to electrical.
1.) Check your battery voltage with car on and off
2.) Inspect all battery clamps and cables very closely
3.) Check that your ECU isn't wet or stained from water (leads back to clogged drain on the heater core/evaporator)
Took off EGR valve found black carbon crumb stuck valve being open. After cleaning with brake cleaner and toothbrush the valve closes and open with needle nose pliers. With multimeter checked resistance of the valve all good middle socket 4.1 kilo ohms far right connector socket 1.9 kilo ohms.
. Added the link below for further information. Didn't have any wire clips to check for power open close the EGR valve piston.
Reinstalled the EGR valve tightened nuts plugged the sensor connector, and started the engine and rough idle disappeared. Smooth engine idle but icheck engine light was on, tried to clear all codes. Using Bluetooth connection to BlueDriver unit was challenging. Losing bluetooth connection when i turned off the engine, to clear check engine light and other codes. After 45 minutes of clearing and restarting over and over again check engine light was finally cleared.
So far car drives well no check engine light.
All i needed to do was clean the EGR clog bit that some have shown on forum pictures of the carbon deposits
