Mid-Range acceleration
I was browsing the Aston Martin website where I came across the mid-range acceleration spec. For the Vanquish S the 50mph - 70mph is 6.5 secs in 6th gear.
That got me thinking as to what the mid-range spec for our TLs. Is there a way to compute the timings using the bhp, rpm, tire size theoretically in different gears for different accelerations? I may look into it when I have time but wondering if anybody else already did that.

Check Car & Driver or Motor Trend's archives for the 2004 TL-- they usually have top-gear passing time in their comprehensive reports. Start in the 3G Garage here; it has a link to various published TL articles.
