Wink Metal Interior Design Items

After buying my new PORON Micro 5s Backup sensors from Autotoys.com.
1/2 inch sensors, flush mount (no holes).
http://www.autotoys.com/x/catalog/M...T_p_2 900.html

My next purchases: MOMO Floor Mat Grids, Hand Brake and pedals!

they look great on black floor mats. I will move the TL logo to the upper right corner and re-attach it.

I think they look great with the ebony interior... any comments ?

I really like it. I didn't realize that MOMO made stuff for the 04TL. Can you post links to stuff that works with the 04 TL or at least the above that you posted.

Micro 5s backup sensors corrected link.
http://www.autotoys.com/x/catalog/MI...NT_p_2900.html

The floor mat grills fit any car, and there is an adaptor for the hand-brake that fits Honda and Acura cars.

MOMO stuff is not too cheap (made in Italy) but great quality.

do a search for
MOMO T200 floor mats (around $84) and
MOMO hand brake (around 83$ )

to get many other prices...

you use your own TL floor mats and attach the grills with the included screws.

the backup sensor is ALL of the above...
Cheaper: $269 instead of $400
Better :
- 12 feet range instead of 8-9 feet
- female voice and beeps (w/volume control) instead of only beeps
- under the car blind zone alert (when objects fall under the car)
- smaller sensors 1/2 inch (transparent ring and metallic center)
- sensors have no holes like the OEM.
- can get it in spanish too (available soon)
- professional flush mount look
- easy to install, includes instructions (and video in some stores).

Nox, did you install it yourself or you got it installed? For how much? How difficult/easy are the instructions and the procedure?

The backup sensors are very easy to install, the kit comes with everything you need, including templates to drill the tiny holes in the bumper so the sensors will snap in flush. The video from AutoToys helps to see how it all comes together.

procedure is simple:
measure the distance for the holes (follow instructions)
- place marker stickers (templates)
- drill holes with special drill bit (w/smaller center bit)
- find wire for reverse light (white) and tap into it with included adaptor.
- re-route cables for speaker into the TL cabin
- Find gound to attach screw (for negative pole)
- attach 8-bit mini-computer with screws or included double sided tape.
- put everything back the way it was, and you're done.

every time you select reverse, it will power the unit.

My car is at the dealer (body shop) right now being fixed as I got rear-ended 2 saturdays ago. Once I get the car I will install the unit and take pictures for others to see... (so far it's been $8000 in damages to the car, if the NAVI is damaged, that's another $2000), we'll see. thank god for insurance.

i have ebony interior and the shop working on my car has momo aluminum floor mats and they were too blinding and took away from the classy interior, they ordered the momo steel pedals but the accelerator and foot rest did not fit. if you find one that fits let me know, i liked them a lot.

FYI - I'll NEVER order from AutoToys - they are the WORST (this from my VW/Audi days). Go elsewhere.

hmmm, that's strange.
This is my second purchase and they both came in very fast in mint condition.
I agree with you, they don't talk to people, just email, but I don't care about that as long as I get what I order in good shape and on time.

oh, well, hope you have better luck next time.
