Memory seat problem 05 TL

Well, I have my first problem with my 05 TL. The memory seats
don't remember anything. I dropped it off yesterday morning and
was given a new RL for a loaner . Went to pick up my TL later in
the day and the problem still was not fixed. Hopefully, I'll get it back
today . In the mean time, I'll rack up miles on the RL.
Anyone else have this problem and get it fixed?

The RL experience:
I've enjoyed driving the RL. The stereo is a lot more powerful than
my TL. It really cranks. I hate the automatic, I miss my 6-spd.
I like the all wheel drive. One thing the RL is missing is power. My
TL feels sooo much faster.

There was a TSB for memory problem for early built. I've it applied on mine and works flawlessly afterwards.

Hopefully your dealer would fix that memory module soon.

Wow, 05RL, the loaner. I never have new TL/TSX/RL as the loaners... you have such the good dealership out there...

I Cannot believe that the memory is still an issue for 2005, or even any late model 2004's! I would always back Acura as the cars have been good to me, but c'mon Acura learn from your mistakes. Man, in my line of work (Software) you get crucified if a known problem was addressed and fixed and then came back in a later release. At least it is an easy fix, but one that should never have been necessary in the first place.

memory seats... I mean come on how lazy can you be.. Here is one of those little annoying problems that if acura got rid of they would probably have fewer complaints. The resolution is fix it in the field. Not important enough to deal with it here...

Could be just the bad part... unlucky one. Perhaps, the factory producing the modules has to improve their function yield and inspection procedure...
