Me vs Acura Legend
I had a quick run with a Legend up to 90 but couldn't pull on him at all. He had an intake and exhaust or muffler. The Legend was pretty ghetto weapon R intake which he made known with the license plate frame and stickers. I'm shocked I couldn't pull on him at all through 3rd gear. I might just screw the springs for now and get the pulleys a.s.a.p.

Type II motor = C32A5 (found in Legend LS coupes and GS sedans) had either 4 speed auto or 6 speed manual
Type I motor = C32A6 (found in the other Legend models and 1st gen TL)

You have to hold 3rd gear out to 7100 RPMs. You CANNOT shift into 4th without getting near the rev limmiter in 3rd. Regardless if it was a Type II, you should have pulled on him.

A type II with a 6 speed is pretty quick. Equal to a 5AT IMO. Remember powertrain losses and better torque down at low RPM's
